Plumbing and all that: Fixing a rainwater system for flushing toilets. A device used to reclaim heat of shower waste water. All electric wiring, but not too much. A separate line for smoke detectors. Getting the heat pump at work. Making the necessarry mechanical ventilation and so on and so forth.
